If you shift to neutral (when it is bad) for about 2 seconds, then back to drive, does it go back to a smooth idle?

I've tried that and the noise gone, what caused that noise you reckon?

Hi all, I have recently bought a SX6. I could hear a knocking sound when it change from 1st to 2nd gear after I first started the engine. It is a 1 off sound and I wouldn't hear that until the next time when I start the engine again. Is this sounds normal to you guys?

I've got a 02' manual and has done 130000 on the clock. I always have high r.p.m when doing 100+ km/hr on fifth gear. It reaches 3000rpm when doing 100km/hr, 3500rpm @ 110 and 4000 rpm @ 120. Clutch was replaced not long ago, so it wouldn't be the problem. Can anyone tell if this is normal? Or how can I fix this?
