  1. Jeez I tell you what ..This story had a different ending to what I expected.....I have to agree with the majority and say I reckon you are lucky to get it replaced. While you were putting in the big days I reckon one of your kids could have jumped on it ; or just leaning across it could crack the plastic.Any number of things could have happened in the 12 months...You are lucky... and I congratulate the Toyota dealer for honouring the warranty claim.....onya TOYOTA

  2. I have a 2008 Aurion Sportivo with 65000ks..2nd hand Brisbane Police.. and previously a 1998 Holden Calais. When I first started driving the Sporty I didnt feel the ride was anywhere near as smooth or nice as the Calais. The Sporty is much harder sprung I think...feel the bumps much more but power wise .....**** the Sporty gets up and boogies.I love her.On the highway between Gladstone and Brisbane the roads are terrible but she handles it really well and overtaking is a dream....love it.

  3. Hi ....I am Col from Gladstone and have just joined this forum in the last week or so..I own a 2008 Aurion Sportivo and love it. It was an ex police vehicle ..in excellent condition with about 54,000 ks on her.A couple of issues ..she steered to the left on straight roads but now seems to be sorted after a fair bit of work by the dealership then sent to a wheel alignment place. Also the engine warning and ABS sensor lights came on after going over some small bumps on the Story Bridge in Brisbane and then came on a few times after the Gabba Dealership took a look at her and couldnt find any thing wrong ..just reset the computer they said.Seems to have settled and hasnt come on for 4 months now ..though noted in our dealerships notes that it has been a problem...anyhow am very happy with her and will keep an eye on this forum......Col

  4. Hi Haydos,I am a newbie on here as well and have owned my '08 Aurion Sportivo for just over a year....love it.I had a VT Calais before this and loved it but this Sportivo is great....talk about fly. Have had a couple of issues but love it....I am from Gladstone Central QLD......Col

  5. Does the Hayman Reece bar removed far enough that a plug can be put into the back bumper to hide it completely? I haven't seen one yet that does.

If you're dead set on one I think I have my factory tow bar around here somewhere I'd be willing to part with for fairly cheap.

Hi Steve, I would be very interested in that towbar if it will fit my Aurion Sportivo SX6 2008.I am in Gladstone QLD. Thanks for your reply....Col
