Toyota Corolla late 2010 Conquest(Current, Daily)

Mazda Rx7 FD3S (Lots of work, Current, Weekender)

I'm sure i have forgotten some.

Yep I love my rotaries and I refuse to look back and add up all the money I've spent on them over the years :) It's a passion.

  2. Just as an FYI, as im at work and cant find it online from the limited searching i did. What is the stock wheel size for a late 2010 Corolla Conquest. It's the 16" 5 spoke wheels.

I believe they are 16 x 6.5? More importantly what is the stock offset, i need this to figure out what wheels i can fit under the guards without scrubbing on the stock guards for when i lower it :)

    Thanks in advance!

  3. You may or may not be lucky. I have witnessed both cases where no fine or defect notices was issued on the spot and it turned up in the mail and another time it never came.

You will just have to wait it out and see. There is a good chance you might not get it but don't get your hopes up. All depends if the cop was having a lazy day and didn't want to do the paper work.

  4. I'm thinking about the same thing, lowering my rola.

I am definitely going coilovers. That way you can lower yourself to the height you want, if a cop has an issue with it I can just jack it up when i get home and raise it :)

I just have to figure out what coil overs I want now :) I will install them myself, you save a lot that way as suspension places smash you with labour. I did my FD Rx7 coil overs myself, took over half a day with a lot of screwing around but feels great to do things for yourself.

There is just way too much gap between the tyres and the wheel arches stock imo. They look like monster trucks from the factory :) Ok not that bad.

  5. Hey Guys,

Just saying hello. I own a 6 month old Corolla conquest, which reminds me I have to book it in for it's first proper service :)

Been such a pleasure to drive to work everyday. The low fuel bills are great and it feels very solid to drive.

Goes ok too for what it is.

Only plans possible for the future would be throw some coilovers on it and some 18" wheels. It's only a cruiser so I won't be doing any performance mods.

See you guys around the board!
