Just brought a 2013 RAV 4, GXL, CVT, pearl white, 2wd, 2.0lt engine with the following extras

full spar wheel

Sat Nav

Weather shields

bonnet protector

cargo linner

floor matts

And the dealer offered me the extra 3 year warranty ontop of the standard 3. (Which I assume is standard anyway but they make out like their throwing it in :) )

Price on road $35 500

I want feed back to see if I got a good deal or not ??

I too have the same problem but every time I have taken to the dealer for a service I have mentioned it to them, when I get the car back they tell me the whining noise is normal ??? :( what do I do next ?? go to Toyota Australia and complain ??

I currently own a RAV 4 ZR6 2010 model, but I only do short trips to work and home each day about 12km each way, is this not good for the engine ?? if not what can I do to help protect and increase the life of the engine ???
