I own a GSV50R ZR6 2014, and can tell you that the car does not come with a speed alert.

I know this is a bit early, but any idea what will be happening around Feb '15? I just wanna give my coils a test for a long cruise!

I agree this is a great car, apart from having a automatic gearbox issue within 8 days of taking delivery :(

One thing I dislike about the vehicle is the Sports Mode. It changes gear without me even having to switch it, as well I know this is bad, but its quite hard to redline the car before you change gears...

I noticed that, in gear 1, if the car loses traction, it will red line like crazy, but if it doesn't lose traction it changes gears like normal.

Mad, been looking for a gen 7 intake, I'll look at investing in this when I get some free cash laying around.

Hey :) I had this happen to my ZRE152, and was told to not hoon in it anymore. Turns out my Timing Chain had a kink in it, and that in turn destroyed my Corolla engine... Which required my to get a new engine --" then eventually I brought a new car.

Sorry for bringing up an old topic, but does Either the DC Sports or K&N fit the current Aurion STivo? I used to have an Injen intake, and really REALLY loved how it went nuts in a Corolla, now I kinda wished I had that same noise...

If I come, am I allowed to bring other vehicles that are not an Toyota along to the cruise?

I recently went from Melbourne to Bathurst (Took Olympic HWY), using BP 98 Ron, and made it to Cowra,

and then really needed to stop for petrol, from memory I had 30 (Something) left on the range.

Can't give an exact consumption, but the car said I was doing an average of 8.4L/100KM
