Hopefully it is just a loose hose or fitting, but it is concerning that there is oil in the coolant.

I have a 09 hiace van in which I was in a accident, about a month ago... rhs drivers side was hit, cut a long story short i got the van repaired by panel beater and auto electrician. On the first hour driving the van the malufunction light was flashing.. The auto electrician has came out 4 times changed sensors checked it with scanner and can't fix the problem.... Any ideas?

Oh OK I thought It maybe the auto transmission lines if that makes sense?

It could potentially be coming from the oil cooler, or at worst the head gasket. Very hard to tell without inspecting the vehicle. Have you taken it back to the mechanic?

Yeah gotta take it back tomorrow morning, its leaking from the passenger side under radiator.. Hope its the cooler. But it started leaking a day after install of the radiator.. Originally had a hole in my old radiator..

The radiator which I got replaced by the mechanic a week ago..
