  1. sorry but only just reading this, I have got a couple of complete accessory kits for ZZE 121 and 122 October 2001 on supposed to be for ascent models. Part no. is PZQ71-12070 comprises the module, 2 remotes, some hardware and instructions. Instructions say 20 mins to install, wiring plug is already in car and fits behind fuse panel. It is genuine Toyota I purchased for another couple of family cars, not corolla and didn't use them because of the plug I would need. Am willing to sell reasonable price if wanted by any one. Please contact me on mackowner@hotmail.com

  2. hi

had similar problems with 94 camry with 5sfe, tried everything like you. i had just filled petrol tank so as last resort drained it all put fresh fuel in and all problems disappeared. did try to make a claim against fuel company but they deny responsability. hope it helps only other thing i had problems with a corolla similar changed coil even though it didnt show up too bad with multi meter that fixed that.

  3. I have the SDV10 1994 Executive model, the instrument cluster on which doesn't include a tachometer. The SV21 I owned previously had a tach and the MCV20 I currently own (2nd car) has one. I find myself kind of lost without one in the current work hack. $45 for one from a Vienta, but will it simply plug into the loom on board my SDV10 Executive?

be careful, few years ago i contemplated same thing. executive has different wiring positions in the plug on rear of instruments. if plug same u may be able to change positions of wires. maybe contemplate an aftermarket tacho. :(

my first time too, there is a conversion kit available from toyota which needs wiring in on drivers side footwell, it comprises 2 remotes and unit for under dash with full instructions etc. I only recently purchased and fitted one on my 94 model csx, will get part number to-morrow (sat) and pass it on

further to above post as long as you have factory central locking Toyota has kit 08674-32002-c which provides the 2 remotes etc. they are not the usual black type of remote but a rectangular type which when fitted also makes the indicators flash for lock and unlock and gives you a panic button which makes the horn beep once for every press. mine is a mid 94 model remotes did not become standard until after this, my 1993 holden apollo, which is a gen 3 camry does not even have central locking i am just putting in an after market kit at the moment. talk about basic model, the rear seat doesnt fold down either.

  7. Hey guys, this is my first post.

I recently purchased a toyota camry 1995 V6 vienta and have a few minor problems.

Some of the lights on the dash board will not alluminate at night (the air con and fan settings)

just wondering if its easy to replace the bulbs myself.

Also i would like to add remote central locking to the car. It already has central locking, so will it

be expensive to add remote to it?.

Also being an old car it could probably be cleaned out mechanically to run smoother. Its an auto btw.

What could i get a mechanic to do that would enhance the running of the car?

    Thanks a lot
