    Bolts and fixing for side steps help

    Hi all

    I own a 2009 Hilux so I have a couple question.

    I wanted to know if there were any special fixings used to install Genuine Hilux side steps or is it as simple as using bolts?

    Also is there a specific size, length or thread type used?

    If anyone has a copy of the Hilux (or any other compatible vehicles) installation manual I would greatly appreciate if i could look at a copy.
