I have a Kluger and have the same issue. When I took the car for the first month check, they said there was no update and they would do it? But I have lost Pandora and it doesn't synch with data entered in App at all... Frustrating... Has anyone had success in Sydney to recommend a dealer/service agent that might have understanding...
