Hi Matt. I think all updated 200's do this. My 2016 GXL certainly does. Why? Not sure. Some say it's to quickly get fluid circulating in the trans. I don't like it either. Mine doesn't even have a pattern when it does it. Sometimes just overnight sometimes a couple of days. Might have something related to temp amongst other criteria. I've just grown to accept it and I overcome it by moving gear selector from P to N as soon as I start it. This keeps revs at startup to normal. I then move it back to P and let it idle for a few minutes. I only do it on first start up of the day. After that just start normally. I don't know if I do damage to the trans by doing this so it's your choice but it now has 112000 kays on it and I've done this almost from new. I tow a 3 ton van, not full time, and have done one trans flush at 66000 kays. Due another at 120000 kays
