Hi my 06 hilux is revving at 1500 rpm on start up and hold that till 1/4 temp where it comes down to 1300 rpm then holds that till running temp and drops instantly to 750/800 rpm where it should be iv clean the throttle body new seal also cleaned map sensor with right cleaning stuff done condutity test on 02 sensors all fine dont get me wrong havnt testet air/fuel 02 sensors no air leaks air filter all good if there was a air leak it wouldnt come good a temp drives perfect no engine light any ideas 

just bought 2 hilux 06 headlights yes walk in the dealership  and for $150 each with globes , im like why , rep said we cant sell them , then he said even cheaper if u buy em with globes ?  which even suprised him

5w 40  or 10w 40,  been using it for years, I even got the dealer to put 5w40 in instead of the 5w30, as long as its LOW SAPS your good to go.

Flashlube Catch Can from word go, Compact ,neat, has the highest cfm flow rate , stay away from the Polished aluminium varieties, they might look good but are not suited to Diesel engines , they have to have a Filter in them not steel wool or a stainless mesh

how u been using 5w-40w penrite for years its only new

penrite got the extra ten so 5-40w just started using it seems normal, l see how it goes in the golds fields wa this summer 

i got 06 hilux sr and where the cabin filter goes there no removable cover just a blank plate that cant be removed
