Hi new to this forum in Australia, have a 2015 rav 4 , trying to change spark plugs 16 mm spark plug socket and tried 16mm deep socket. They don't seem to locate the spark plug but , there seems to be some sort of washer thingy stopping the socket placing itself. Any suggestions please.

3zf-fe engine 2litre petrol,
