Ok, drained the excess oil out of the sump... Turned it on and saw no smoke so there might have been to much pressure in the engine so thats maybe why it spat the oil up. also its not tapping anymore but keeping an ear out...

well it started of when i was driving and a huge puff of smoke came from my exhaust. I was told that i over filled my motor with oil so we think it might be a piston ring. the story goes when i turn the motor on i can hear a faint rattle/tapping and there is small amount of smoke from the ehxaust when reved at hign rpm. what do u think it is?

hi im trying to find the modulator valve cause i think it has blown on me. as i have big smoke coming out of the rolla. i have a 1990 cs corolla and the story was that i was driving along did a U turn and put my foot to the floor and the revs stayed and it didnt change gear. so i looked in my rear veiw mirror and all i can see was white smoke

This is from an apprentice panel beater. I think try to get a bomb car with rear damage. Get a drill, lots of tools, a helping hand and a mig welder. You will need to replace the bonnet, bumper, lights, well really what is damaged. You shoud be able to do it yourself. As for the main frame damage, look for the spot welds and drill them with a 3/8th drill bit. Drill only half way then a bigger drill bit half way, if ya do go full way it doesnt matter just try not to do it cause it is a pain to weld back. You will need a hammer and dolly ( block of mettle) just to do some little bashing then if ya need like raidiator and belts and fans you got a spare car so might aswell take it off that.! hopefully this has helped you!!

hi this is my first post. Just wanted to talk about what happend to me today just to get of my chest hahaha. well i was driving north up the mandurah terrice and well looking at my speed it was at 60km/h. i looked up and saw a 07 mitsubishi triton, so i slamed on my brakes because he was pulling out of a drive way. when i hit his nose it was in the middle of the road. now i need a new bonnet left side fender bumper headlight and indicator. luckly im a panelbeater its his folt to so i dont pay a thing

well in any major wiering in your car soldering like speekers eather way but i like to solder myself as alot stronger and reliable

Hi there im Sara and on the behalf of David, I would like to introduce him. LOL... Well david works as an appretice panel beater in WA. He enjoys his work and playing around with his co-workers. David drives a 1990 Corolla Hatch with a 2.5inch sports exhaust and a nifty sound system that is currently getting an upgrade. Currently he has a pioneer deck which is getting upgraded to a better quality pioneer deck. Also he has a Rockford Fosgate P2 Punch 12'' with a 300w pioneer amp running it at the point in time, just for a little bass. He will be receiving a 760W pioneer amp that will be running his RF sub and the 300W Amp to run his pioneer 6X9's. The rolla has also been installed by me a flame thrower kit which shoots out a nice tight blue flame. Well i know you have all been waiting.. LOL here is the oh so sexy rolla.
