I'm not happy with the orange light in the dash. Can it be changed in ZRE

I am the proud owner of my 8th Toyota :-

ZRE152R
The problem is I'm not getting any younger and I am having trouble seeing the dash of the ZRE152R at night with the orange light. Is there any way of changing the dash lights? It was easy in the earlier models but I'm not sure about this one. Any one have any ideas.
