  1. I tryed some clutchless changes and it felt better until the gearbox broke into pieces so its back at toyota getting new box, clutch and it only had nearly 500kms on the clocknow (I think it was a faulty gearbox)

    Its ok to rev the car hard as long as its warm before you do, and give it some cooling time after and should not have any problems

  2. I have driven that hilux (Catalist) I looks fairly good but I only thing I didnt like about it was the stock headlights when they should have put SR5 ones on it would have looked perfect.

    but when I drove it I put a boost switch on it and had a bit of fun I will try to find some pics of it when I drove it.

    I still think that the new Hilux 4x2 4.0V6 goes just as hard if not harder

  3. I asked a few toyota people and they said go for a small garret turbo with small cooler and no BOV running about 6psi will be plenty but they also said to run a Apexi SAFCII for the fuel,

    I think this setup will help you get to the 6000rpm wait heeps quicker that feels like forever so you can feel some VVTI action
