  1. Hi,

I have recently purchased a 1960's PK41 Toyota Toyoace truck. This is an unusual model number as the first letter in the model series usualy indicates the type of engine fitted to your Toyota. For whatever reason, even though this truck originaly had a 2R engine fitted, the first letter in the model number is a "P" (may have been to avoid confusion with the RK40 series Stout that was produced at the same time). Early models of this truck in Japan had "P" & "2P" engines fitted and were PK30 series. I am seeking any info, manuals, brochures, parts or help I can get for what must be a rare truck now days. If there are any other owners out there I would love to hear from you.

Yep! thats going to keep you busy for a while.I have seen one or two of these before, but that was some time back.

Would this one be in the Toowoomba area by any chance? Try this link for engine/gearbox and Toyota model codes http://members.iinet.net.au/~stepho/engcodes.htm
