Kluger CV tyres

Hello all,

I need your expert opinion on my Kluger's wheel/tyre.

My Kluger CV 06 model standard wheel/tyre size is 225/70/16 and they are not performing as I expected. They don't give much grip during turn and cornering and making noises, which is not just annoying but really affecting the handling of the car.

I am looking at replacing them with new set of tyres. I am looking at 2 options:

1). Upgrading to a set of wider tyres with same standard rims to the maximum width can be fitted legally .

2). Upgrading to larger wheels/tyres. Thinking of may be 235/60/18. This would not only improve the safety aspect of the car but also enhance the car's look.

Any advices, feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What are they in terms of brand

X5 is standard with Michelin Cross... (something)

I would fit Yokohama ADVAN ST V802 if they have the size you are looking for.

They seem to be the best SUV tyre and I am hoping that they have a compatible size by the time the tyres on my Kluger need replacing.

The only thing I missed in my old car (sold) is thoiose Yokohama tyres. Will have them (same brand I mean) fitted to my Kluger when the time comes...
