Xcarlink Adpater

I'm considering getting one of these units for my corolla but i was wondering if anybody has had any experiences with them.

For those of you who don't know its basically an adpater that allows you to connect a ipod or usb key with mp3s using your factory headunit

Hi there!

I own one for more than half year. Well, it works fine. From time to time it needs to be reset - by this I mean it tries to reads mp3 for something like 20-30 seconds and nothing happens. Just change to AM/FM radio or CD, then once again to XCarLink and it should work. What is more, it doesn't like changing the source of mp3 (pendrive, stick, mmc/sd card) while playing. Good thing is that it has memory, so after a night it starts playing where it was stopped.

One more, there's no function such as fast forward or rewind :/ but still it's the only way to have mp3/wma player in your car using stock radio.

It is worth money. In Poland I had bought it for something like 129$ (australian).

PS. I use the XcarLink without the bluetooth.
