Amplifier 88650-60D60 no longer made

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has had this issue.

I recently purchased a 2007 200 series landcruiser, and the amplifier for the air con unit stopped working. Part number 88650-60D60. (Looks like a circuit board)  All controls for the air con now do not work, very frustrating in winter when you dont have any way to unfog your windscreen.

Toyota have informed me that they no longer produce this part, and there is nothing superseeded to fit in it's place.

My question is has anyone had this problem? If so what did you do to fix it? I have got onto an auto sparky who has had a go at fixing the circuit board but its unserviceable.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

I've tried all of the UAE, New Zealand wreckers, even Aman with no luck.

Very frustrating...
