My 1974 TA22 Celica Build

Hey guys how's it hanging..?

Firstly I started out with a TD Gemini as my first car, sprayed it, lowered it on some nice mags, did suspension etc. etc. and eventually ended up selling it on in order to purchase my TA22. Plans are to fix all the rust, spray it either Devil Yellow like on the Monaros, cream or gunmetal. Obtain some TRD parts such as a bootlip and possibly a chin spoiler, slap on some Hayashi Street replicas, drift pipes, a bucket seat or two and generally just spruce up the interior. Also I'm a bit of an audiophile so as much as I hate to add unneccesary weight, it's gotta have a bangin soundsystem. Anyways, here she is!

And here's after I painted a few odds and ends and tidied her up a bit

Not too sure if I should settle with the 2TG or not or put a 4AGE or 1UZ or something in it, time will tell!

Cheers!

I like it, very clean, there are some rust in the engine bay.. if u don't mind you polish you engine to look good. Pod filter is dirty as well, please clean it.

Please also chrome the bumper to make it shinny, I also would want to put back some badge at the back

I like classic car to have chrome everywhere

Cheers for the comments, yeah there's a bit of rust in the bay, more rust in the body but you can't really see it in the pics. The filter appears dirty but i assure you it provides no restriction. And yes, chrome bumpers are definately on the to-do list, the silver will have to do for now though!
