Lowering Aurion GSV50R

Hi all,

First post here so go easy on me :)

I recently purchased a 2014 Aurion Sportivo ZR6 about 3 weeks ago and am already interested in lowering it.

At the moment I'm currently running the stock wheel and tyre setup with the intention of purchasing some 18 or 19 inch rims and accompanying tyres later on.

I'm having a hard time locating some lowered springs for the GSV50R's and can only seem to find them for pre 2012 models.

Could someone please point me in the right direction for lowered springs?

Also how much would you recommend lowering the car with the stock setup? Noting that at rare times there will be 5 people in the car but for the most part it will be 2.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Cheers

Hi Sam Welcome

Any springs from 2012+ till now will fit the GSV50R series ,so it doesn't need to be the exact year model ,e.g 2012 springs will fit your 2015 as long there for the 50 series

it all depends on how much your willing to spend ? slide industries which recently closed down were the only place that made coilovers for the 50 series, kings and pedders make springs ,i think kings sit lower then pedders by a bit ,kings super lows are 50mm ,you can get the 30-35mm in kings also

i got quoted for my 40 series installed + balanced

$680 for pedders

$450 For kings super lows

you cant really choose your ride hight unless you compress the springs, which i don't recommend ,as pedders and king springs come with set height,

big wheels will need your rear guards rolled as in will touch on the inner guards

hope this help
