Internal Door Panel Question

Hi Folks,

Just wondering if the door handle panels are removable and replaceable? Specifically the one circled in the picture below:

It looks like an individual piece but not too sure how to get it off. Is this the kind of thing Toyota could replace for me, or should I call around some wreckers to try my luck?

Are you referring to the large piece of trim that is basically the rear section of the inside of the boot?

If so, part number is:

58387-06100 PLATE, REAR FLOOR FINISH

That rear plate is suprisingly expensive, $220....
