Hoping someone can help. Can't get my rear shocks off as dust cover is loose & spinning & no room to get grips on piston shaft. Toyota say there is an inspection hatch in floor under rear seat. I can't find this at all. 1999 Prado. Anyone have any words of wisdom or had similar problem?
