Hi all! We are new here. We live in Sydney, Australia and have just bought a Toyota Prado which we love. It is a five seater and we were told by the dealer that it originally was a 7 seater but the third row seats had been removed. We had full intentions of buying the seats again and putting them in but today we were told that the compliance plate states a 5 seater and if we were to get the third row seats we would need to then get the car inspected by an engineer and a blue slip. This seems crazy because there is obvious spots in the boot of where the seats had been or could be. Does anyone know whats involved in putting the third row seats in?????? Any help or advice much appreciated, Christy
