The two old camry 97 and 98 remotes are on the left and the remote for the 2007 sportivo is on the right. Can I reprogram these old remotes to work on the later model sportivo? Can it be done DIY? If so , can someone let me know the procedure. I have seen a couple of suggestions on the forum (which I quickly but unsuccessfully tried - may need to try again) but I'm unsure they are applicable for the 07 model. Hi I recently traded in our old 97 and 98 model camrys to a car yard on a newer 07 Altise and 07 Sportivo. I've only just realised that I had 2 additional spare remote zappers (black single button / oval type) for the old cars sitting in a storage drawer. My question is can they be reused/recycled/reset to suit our newer cars, or are they really of no use to us and therefore throw them out or drop them in to the caryard where our trade-ins went. Any feedback would be great Cheers Peter
