    Ive thought about doing this as well, when you open the boot and look under there seems to be a cutout of 6x9's.

    But ive heard that if you cut into that shelf you are weakening the rear structure of the car and hence not roadworthy :S I hope i am wrong as i want to know as well.

    since last time...got grille put in but foggies not yet....possibly looking to see if the facelift sportivo front bar will fit on the sedan..

    Hows everyone going....been without a comp for a week or so..then without internet for a few weeks.

    Been spotting simo sheldon MT Rob other Mick and im pretty sure the nextmod rolla around too often... although i usually catch them parked or driving away.

    the rolla was also in a crash.. :( but that ended in getting a new grille installed :spiteful:

    too bad uni break is ending :(

    MT/JT, Rob, Sheldon and I are all pretty spread out.... From Tuggeranong to Gungahlin and everywhere in between I think.

    well i see JT's ride when hes on his way home, MT at a civic carpark opposite NCC Rob along the same road as that sheldon on northbourne i think, and you in gungahlin hibberson street :D.

    Oi I saw that white S'tivo with white wheels and clear tail lights today on Northborne. I think the clear tails spoil it

    I saw this too, but it was on barry drive in near the place where they made that stupid form one lane during peak hour! i thought it was you to begin with, but i dont remember you having clear taillights.

    5. I removed the fuse to do soldering, without remembering to program a new headunit code. Now i have to call toyota to get that code off them to listen to the radio. REMEMBER TO TAKE NOTE OF IT OR Reprogram a code that you will remember.

    The code for your stereo if still stock should be the LAST 3 digits of your VIN number.

    Yeah i tried that this morning and it worked..:D

    As for the high pitched noise....i think im gonna have to look into that and fix the problem...im assuming its just a loose clip connection...

    Ok so the lights are all suppose to turn on when the driver sides on... NO Problem! :D

    Hey there peoples,

    I recently installed the sills.....nobody told me there'd be 3sets of blue yellow on the front passenger side :S...nor did i choose the correct ground... the rear doors are easier to install and running the wire from the rear to the front is simple enough...

    Can i get some feedback on the sills themselves....

    1. Can anyone hear a high pitched sound when they are on?

    2. All my passenger doors are inter-connected, meaning they are all on if one passenger door is open, and only turn off when all passenger doors have been closed.

    3. When i open my driver door all the lights turn on. meaning all are connected to the drivers ground wire?

    4. Does your original door sill sit back snug in the position without a bulge...i found it a tight squeeze for the front passenger one.

    6. The blue ones that i have look more aqua blue...would have liked it to look more like the cluster light on the 1zz. But im not complaining.

    7. Is anyone considering a [high/low pass filter(i forget which one)/capacitor] a simple circuit besides the black transformer thing so that when you open the door the light comes on slowly to give it more effect. I'm considering this but im a little lazy to undo all my electrical tape work :P

    Anyway....overall im pretty happy with them...
