But if u want a similar style to that then try PDW C-16..

I kinda fancy those rims as well.. But need to save if ima get it..

Theres a place in Fairfield east called Tyre for less that would sell it for roughly $1800 with good tyres..

  2. hey guys,

just wondering what's the offset range for 2008 aurion? also what's the widest we can go? and the spoke please.

    anyone selling a good set?

    thanks

    hi..

You should probably read the TOCAU Aurion Faq.. That should answer your questions..

  3. Hey all,

So im looking at upgrading my headunit (currently have a clarion max386vd double din in dash dvd player). now ive found that im not using the dvd function all that much and neither is my partner while im driving. So, seeing that I'm looking at more of a SQ set up, a couple of headunits have caught my attention.

namely the Pioneer DEH-P80RS reference series headunit. or the Alpine CDA-9887. (if anyone here has had any experience with either of these units, post your thoughts here too! ) both these headunits are single din... i was wondering what people here thouight about running a single din in the aurions? does it look cheap and nasty having a pocket in there? i have considered the eclipse avn and the alpine w502 and they are still on my list but just wanted to hear what people here think.

If you have a picture of your single din set up, please post them up here :)

    many thanks!

    Dave

  6. Thanks guys..

thats the only thing im worried about.. that the 19" on 245/35 would stick out too much & hit the guard & cause scrubbing from the height i lowered it on my 18"..

so hopefully 245/35 would be fine for my car with its current lowered height..

The only thing im eyeing are these SSW Black Mesh.. on special for $1400 wheel & tyre package & im not really too sure about the other one.. Just thought it looked alright..

Also like secaboy rims on his trd..

  7. Hi guys..

    Just curious on something..

My aurion is currently lowered on 18"x8 rims, tyre profile of 235/40.

The measurement from tyre to guard would be roughly 2-3cm at the front & 3-4 at the rear.

If i wanted to go up a size to 19"x8, tyre profile 245/35 & stay with the height i have for my 18s.

Do you reckon it'll hit the guard & scrub?

  8. Hi All,

Just in the USA atm & i was wondering if anybody knew if the new PS3 Slim from USA would be compatible here in AUS or if the games in the USA will work with the PS3 here in AUS?

I know i would need the adaptor for the power point, since it's a different plug.

    Thanks Heaps

  9. Anyone know anyone in Sydney that can fix this problem ?
OMG...I thought it's the wheel alignment and after reading all this thread it seems that this is factory fault...

Anyone know where to fix in Sydney? Will it break the warranty?

Has anyone found a place in Sydney that would fix this matter 100%?
