  1. For those who are interested, I have downloaded and have test the DVD out It works fine :) However, on the first try with a single layer DVD... the performance on the DVD system was choppy and had delays when you use the POI functions. A second attempt using a better brand DVD and a dual layered one (Verbatim), the disc runs smoothly without any problems : ) Thanks for the directions PantherX!
  2. Hi all, For starters, I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to the technical side of cars.. so apologies if this question sounds dumb >.< I notice that there's this loud crackling sound at decreasing frequency when I turn off my engine.. My guess is some mechanism in the engine's slowing down.. I don't remember my Gen1 Kluger making such a noise when I stop the engine... is this normal? Coz' if it ain't.. I'm gonna make the dealer do a full check on the car at their expense I thought it might be the brakes.. but the sound comes from under the bonnet rather than from the wheels of the car Would be grateful if anyone can give some advise. Thanks in advance! Cheers Reekz
  3. Thanks for the input guys! I'm still wondering if I should go ahead with it.. or choose to do it during my first servicing.. $1k for the fitted mud guards is really excessive for me.. especially given that I've always gone to them previously for my car servicing.. you would expect to have some goodwill discount there... In addition, I wouldn't say my trade-in and sales transaction was smooth too... The sales person was pretty incompetent! :(
  4. Hi all, just a quick question here how much does it cost to purchase and fit the side steps? I was quoted the following by the dealer I bought my car from. 1. Genuine Toyota Sidesteps: $911.65 (GST Inclusive) 2. Genuine Toyota Rubber Cargo Mat: $ 91.15 (GST Inclusive) 3. Fitting Cost: $150 Are these reasonable prices? Would be great to hear from you guys! BTW love the car! Though I wish the car has more storage space like the Gen1 variant.. I use to have heaps of places to stash my stuff! Cheers Reekz
