08 Kluger Power Steering ECU Failure in Kluger Club Posted May 12, 2015 The power steering went on our 08 Kluger KX-S.The local dealer tells me it is the power steering ECU that is the problem.The quote is 'a little under $900' for the part and labour.But there is a 3 to 4 week wait as the part isn't available in the country as it 'so rarely fails we dont keep any stock'.Can I ask any helpful souls out there who know:Is this a reasonable part for a simple ECU and replacement?Is this 3-4 week wait normal, and how is that acceptable when I can air freight a part from overseas within days.Can these parts be sourced independently.. waiting almost a month in this day and age just seems unacceptable.Any hints or advice?CheersMick
