I have put new batts in both of my transponders and intermittently the door does not unlock have to use the key,and the display say's key not detected any clues?

Thanks for the reply,when it's locked.It spent a day at the dealer today and they could not fault it,it's on the edge of going out of wty

Any one had this problem 2007 Presara the alarm goes off intermittently,and stops it's self
