This kit cost me around AUD$500. Well the OP doesn't really have much option otherwise. Sell the kit to Adam and go TRD instead! I'm happy to sell it at my original purchase price if anyone want it. Andrew357 - True the Akebono calipers seem much smaller and not as well made as the PBR ones. I'm interested actually to see whether this mob makes a rear upgrade kit, even if it is just a caliper relocating set up. Thanks to everyone that gave me such a good information and advice. it looks like my only option is get an akebone caliper on to my aurion. Steve, I think from memory, when I purchase front setup, they did said they have rear caliper relocating kit. but I was told because it's front wheel drive, there is not much improvement from the rear kit. but again don't know if the calipers are the same as australia aurion.

This is what it looks like when it I fit the kit on the aurion. It doesn't look right to me and I think it's because the brake pad is not design for this caliper, it looks the caliper is only holding half of the brake pad.

Hi Guys thanks for the fast reply, I have attached an image of my rotor and bracket mount. from my searches the brake pad come with the kit doesn't not look the same as aurion, it more look like the brake pad on camery. From Bendix Catalogue website. Model Year Model Variant Front Rear Park Aurion 2006 - NOW GSV40R 3.5 V6 (Aust) PBR Caliper DB1474 Aurion 2006 - NOW ACV40R 2.4 (SE.Asia) Akebono Caliper DB1800 From the image on the website, it shows my bracket mount and brake pad are design for Alebone Caliper.

Hi guys, Has anyone tried upgrade standard aurion disc rotor to 325mm rotor with extent caliper mounting End of last year, i went oversea to taiwan, found this 325mm rotor and caliper mounting upgrade kits for camery 3.5l, without too much research. I brought the system. Later found out camery3.5 caliper in taiwandoesn't use the same caplier as aurion, instead it uses the same as camery 2.4 in australia. Therefore the mount wont fit on aurion caliper. Is there anyone know places that can do me custom made a caliper mount for 325mm rotor or anyone know easy solutions. I felt like an idiot bring back 20kg of metal that doesnt fit.

Are they really that cheap that they couldn't include 2 simple scuff plates? Seriously, it's not like it would cost them much. Funny thing is it's not an optional item as well. This maker wonder what else they have took out to cut the cost

Someone probably fell asleep at his station at the production plant Got the news, The rear sportivo scuff plate is a printing error from the brochure, there is no rear sportivo scuff plate on the facelift models.

yes, the one installed on the rear currently is just a plain scuff plate, black no text. my sales man will trying to get back to me on monday. he also said the sportivo scuff plates was all sportivo model at all time, can't see why its replaced with standard scuff.

To all new facelift sportivo owner, I just pick up my new zr6 today, while checking the car I notice it did not come with rear door sportivo scuff plates. I check with the brochure, it did said under Sportivo SX6 - Front & Rear door 'Sportivo' Scuff plates. Does anyone have to same problem, as there are another ZR6 model at the dealer, which doesn't have the rear door sportivo scuff plates as well. This makes me wounder if its a production issues.

We got the same colour, I pick silver as well... you must be the lucky one to pick one up three weeks ago. yeap, but don't think I'm putting an Euro Plate on my ZR6.

How did you get your car so quickly, I'm still waiting for my ZR6 to be build, was told to be arrived first week of Nov. Looks like the new head unit is not going to be compatable with pre-facelift mode. I guess I will have to wait a bit longer for upgrading the head unit from ebay. DJKOR, nice photo post, I was too busy about the looking at the car. forgot about taking photos. agreed with you on the stock audio system don't quite fit, that's the only think I don't like about that car. but it's easy enough to get one on ebay. it's going to be one of the first thing on the list when I get my new car. From I know, the New Facelift ZR6 come with additional following - Reverse camera, that's why clearance sonars is now only 2 for front & rear. - The audio system with usb port for play mp3 of a usb stick. - Auto-tilt for exterior mirror on reverse - Rain sensing wipers - Driver's seat memory linking to different key entry. - Rear power shunshade

Hi all, If anyone is interested looking the new aurion and are around brisbane, there is one available at Sci-Flee Taringa. It's a ZX6 model. I have placed a order one last saturday. It said to be picked up early Nov. The price is the same as the old model.
