  1. Hi Crotoy do you have any issues with rubbing with the 285/35/R22s ? Thanks for your help
  2. Hi thanks for the advice. I am still on the wall as to whether or not to run 20" wheels or 22"s and just put the stock 19"s back on when I have to travel on rough roads. Does anyone have any photos of a Kluger withe either 20" or 22" wheels, so I can get more of a idea of what the car would look like with either option. I have searched the net and strangely there aren't many photos of Klugers/Highlanders with wheels floating around on the net that I could find.
  3. While the 22" gives lots of 'bling', you comprimise comfort and you have a lot less rubber between the wheel & road. Unless you are metro only, I don't think its a great idea. You don't advise what your Kluger is ie: KXR with 17" or KXS / Grande with 19". There would be little difference or advantage between 19 & 20" wheeels, apart from appearance. Go through the forum because the one common thing is that Klugers seem to have a bit of a wheel alignment issue which only become apparent after about 25000kms (when the suspensions starts to settle down and loosen up a little), which may be made worse by bigger wheels. Could also compromise a warranty claim on suspension etc. Hasten slowly as the expression goes. Maybe look at the Highlander (American Kluger) forum in the US. Thanks for the advice, I will check out Toyota nation. My car has 19s which is why I am not so sure if 20" wheels will look much better, the main advantage with upgrading to 20" wheels is to get a wider rim, but weather or not they will look good enough to bother changing is something I am not sure about that is why I was hoping someone had some photos of a Kluger with 20" wheels. Thanks
  4. Hi I have a 2009 Toyota Kluger that I want to put some wheels on, I would love to go with some 22" but I don't think this is a option due to the condition of the roads I drive on, so it is looking more like a 20"x9" with maby a +20 offset, I want to go as wide as I can with the wheels so if anyone has any advice it would really help. I did a search and only found a couple of threads where people had put 22"s and it seems not many people put aftermarket wheels on Klugers, so their is not a lot of info on the subject so I was hoping someone of these forums has had some experience with putting larger wheels on late model Klugers or has any photos that they would like to share so I can get more of a idea what the different sizes will look like. Thanks Ari
