i found this vtec controller http://buddyclub.com.au/menu.html do you guys think it works as a vvti controller? because i think its pretty cheap?

hey guy i really need some advice here. im pretty keen on turboing my corolla 2003. are there any turbo kits for it? and would it be dangerous turboing a corolla as in would there be side effects?
