Hi Guys, Need some help from you. Can you please advice how can I remove the centre aircon vent to check where the rattles come form? It sounds like two plastics coming loose. Given that I am afraid to remove myself without doing any damage to the plastic, I think I better seek advice from the experts. It is annoying when the car on rough bummpy road like Canterberry Road in Sydney. Look forward to your advice. Thanks.

Hi All, I have been to Sydney City Toyota and they told me that rattles and noises not covered under warranty after 12 months, even my car still has another 12 months of warranty. I am pretty disspointed and hence argued with them where did that stated in the warranty disclaimer. They told me this is an internal training thing. If I have any problems, they told me to speak to Toyota head office. So guys, just watch out when you take your car in for rattles to ensure it is convered under warranty. Anyone heard this before?

Thanks guys for your advice. I have dropped my car in Toyota today and waiting for them to call me to pick up by the end of today. Let's hope this time they can fix the problem.

Hi All, my Aurion 08 Prodigy recently developed a rattel or squeking noise from the driver's window when I go through rough road or pot holes. When I press the window (putting some pressure outwards), the noise seems to be gone. Does anyone know what is the problem? It is the window sill not fit properly etc?

Hi All, I have recently purchased an Aurion Prodigy 2008 and so far pretty happy wiith the car. The only thing that concerns me is there is some vibration from steering wheel while the car is idle (when in drive). Can anyone tell me is this normal or abnormal?
