Hi Bru, Thanks for the reply. Yeah I got a sense of the no reply bit. I came from the Pajero Forum and the people there were great. Anyways I crashed that car and now 'downsized' and got a Rav4. There doesn't seem to be a good active forum for Rav 4 in Aus anyways. Yeah I've been talking to people (sellers) on ebay about those flip keys and yeah those they advertise them on the ebay aus site there doesn't seem to be one for the 06 onwards Rav4. I'm wondering if the Hilux ones are the same. They look the same. Anyways thanks again. Regards G.C hey there, welcome to the forum. replies here are rare... But in regards to your question, i tried to do one for my fathers Mazda CX7 (a replacement key) and there was too much mucking around. you have to cut the key and you have to make sure you control unit (buttons) fit in the flip console you bought. the keys for 06 and 07 should be the same unless its an overseas model european models seem to have different key set up. cheers Bru

Hi all, New to this place. Would like to say hi. Recently bought a 2nd hand Cruiser L 06 model. I seen some remotes on ebay which are the flip kind. Seems nice and am trying to get one. After asking around found that the 06 RAVs and the 07 Ravs use different remotes. Not sure if this is true. Would like to see if you guys can help by uploading pics of your remotes especially models after the 06 model to see if this is true or the ebay merchant is pulling a fast one. Thanks again.
