I have just purchased a second hand 2005 Avensis Ultima (ACM21R) to replace my ZZE122R as I need a bigger car however the original no-frills tyres literally has no grip on wet road so I was thinking to get some decent tyres for it but none. It just seems like no one is making a decent 205/60/R16 tyre so my question is, can i do a plus zero (225/55/R16) on the factory alloy wheels? That way I can get either Sportmaxx TT/RT or RE003.

I took the door panel off last night the amount of shattered glass is massive :|

Just called O'Brien and they want $508 all up :\ a bit pricy..

Any ideas where can I go and grab a replacement glass and fit it on my own??

Is it just my mate or is it common when you shut the front passenger door having the side window fully lowered on a ZZE122 and it will just shatter into millions - this is not great for the start of a Christmas holiday :(

Went to woolies and grab some food for lunch just now but when i was reversing to a car space my zze's engine lost revs and appears to be dying. Does anyone know what's wrong with it. btw, i have discovered my zze was a bit sluggish when going uphill recently any clues?

My aunt's 2007 RAV4 just refusing to start. A/T Oil Temp light remain lit after turning the key. When turning the key to start position, it tried to start but all light goes off. Is it the battery or I need to tell my aunt to call tow truck?

I have asked my friend to help me to get some LED bulbs from oversea to replace the original stock bulbs on my zze122 hatch, but i have lost the owners' manual which will tell me which model of bulb, can anyone tell can kindly tell me what the bulb models are?

- Front turning

- Side turning

- Rear brake

- Rear tail

- Rear turning

- Reverse

Fuse box in the engine bay. Lift the lid and look under it. It has the position of each fuse and relay drawn on the underside of the lid.

Guess what, my 5 year old stock battery just died this morning when i go to work... anyway, just wonder did you guys replace it with toyota battery or just grab one from repco anything like that?

You can get a new LED relay to replace your standard relay, or you can also get 'load' resistors for the LED turn signals which will show a higher resistance and allow the standard relay to operate at the normal speed.

Check ebay for them...

OP: get lower spring + struts.. never with lower spring + stock structs :(

No need to do anti roll bars or strut bars with the suspension upgrade. Keep the King springs and just replace the struts with Koni. Much cheaper and nothing wrong with that setup.

How about TRD Suspension Kit (48030-ZE210 + 48130-ZE210 according to TRD webpage), any comments on this?

Some threads on the forum said if I am upgrading the suspension system then I probably should install tower and sway bar as well, did you guys recommend me to install those as well?

Just wonder, for the entire suspension is it just spring + shocks???

What I have been looking are: TRD Suspension Full Set (48030-ZE210 + 48130-ZE210 according to TRD webpage), any comments on this? a friend of mine from japan can get it for AUD$1200 + shipping

I seldom do track so I think i would go for TRD or Koni....

So it is very obvious that TRD set will be much better than Kings Low + Koni?

was about a year ago.. changed my 122r with kings low + 17"Rims. I can feel that my stock shocks need to be replaced soon so wanna ask u guys to suggest me shocks to replace with or even the springs.

how about koni shocks and TRD shocks? will they go alrite with kings low? or i should better off changing springs as well

i am looking for changing the headunit, 16" or 17" Rims for my first mod. i search around the net and people said if i want to replace the original mp3 cd player i need a plastic pocket for it? where can i get that thing? and are there any suggestion on choosing rims(sydney area)?

PS: heard of resetting ECU on the first page, should i just started by resetting ECU? (just for no reason?)
