Yes the sunroof is not made by glass, and mine have the same situation like yours. I think it's not a big problem and no need to replace it unless it leaks water. I think those screws are called rivets and you can find some @ ebay, but very expensive. I would suggest you to check out the auto shop first or some repairing garages.
