    I need the rear disc brakes because of a possible engine upgrade in the future. Guess I'll be looking for a 1.8 then.

    I'll be getting a sedan, manual, definitely with disc brakes all round and hopefully with ABS and driver's airbag. It will also be a treat if I can go for the 1.8. I would have also wanted power windows all-round, but as far as I know, only the Ultima has that feature, and it's only available in automatic. Thanks for all the help.

    Thanks mate. I'm going for a 1.8-liter model with disc brakes front and rear. Is this the Conquest? I believe there's no AE101/102R Ascent, right?

    Maybe there's air coming out of the sides of the wheels. Try taking the tire out and place water around the outer lip of the wheel (both sides of course). If you see bubbles, then that's where the air is rushing out from. This can be solved by using some sort of sealant. Back in the Philippines, we use burnt oil to stop the air from coming out. Hope this helps.

    Hello to all! I'll be moving to Melbourne in a few months and am canvassing for a first car. I happen to like this particular Corolla model and well, my budget is in this range. I tried looking at used car websites, and all I know is that the CSi is an entry-level variant compared to the Conquest. So what does the Conquest have that the CSi doesn't? I tried searching the forum as well, but to avail. Kindly help me out here. Thanks in advance. :)
