You need to provide more information on the Rav4 (e.g. is it a Cruiser?)and maybe upload some pics. Hi this is my first post.. today I bought a 1998 RAV4 for $5500 (5 door manual) from a chap in Perth.. he said he paid $8800 from a dealer only last year.. he originally wanted $6500 but I talked him down.. but now I am home I feel like I was the one suckered in... I have NO MANUAL, NO LOGBOOKS and 325000KM.. NO STERO.. NO ELECTRIC WINDOWS, NO WINDOW TINT..the body is OK.. the interior is OK.. when it drive it feels good but when I take my foot off the power the car makes a hissing sound.. anyone know what that is? Also if anyone knows where I can get my hands on a manual that will be great.. I dont know how to switch car from normal drive to 4 wheel drive.. all advice/comments very welcomed.. Also does this car come with AIRBAGS.. my friends car hiace ute does however it is stated on the steering wheel.. there is no writing on my steering wheel..
