Hi everyone, Im new to the forums and i was wondering if i can gather some opinions about my engine and gearbox in my AE92 Gti. Im looking at giving it a complete rebuild, aswell as the gearbox. These are the following upgrades i was looking at: Forged pistons Forged Conrods Cams (Largest safest ones i can use with the Stock ECU which will be getting flash tuned) TRD head gasket TRD Valve springs How hard could this be to do yourself? Im a apprentice mechanic so i do know a fair bit i just need some direction And for the rebuild what do i need for both the engine and the gearbox Thanks in Advance :)
