I have recently purchased a 2010 Prado and am also having problems with the front and rear mudflaps. They are too small and stones damage the duco. I live up 10 kms of gravel so the damage is bad. I am pursuing it with Toyota and will not rest until they fix the problem permanently. While they are great cars, I would suggest they not be purchased until the problem is fixed.
