Hi D3fo's Just a quick question as to what company you bought you rebuild kit from Australia or overseas. I am in the process of starting a rebuild on an 1988 model Corolla 2 Turbo I am finding it hard to locate a rebuild kit. Any help would be fantastic. Cheers

Hi All It's wonderful to see a site that has such a vast amount of information on toyota's of the world. I am looking for a engine rebuild kit to suit my Toyota, I am finding it very hard to locate a kit. Details are: Toyota Tercel EL31 Corolla II GP 3 Door Compact EL31-KGMXT 3E-TE 5-Gang 09/1986 - Aug 90 If anyone can help me locate a kit that would be fantastic. I am located in New South Wales Australia But would be willing to buy this kit overseas. Cheers

Hi All It's wonderful to see a site that has such a vast amount of information on toyota's of the world. I am the new owner of a 1988 Tecel Corolla 2GP 3door hatchback (with the popup headlights) Under it's hood is a 1.5l intercooled turbo 4. It's has all the factory options as far as i can see. It's also has an aftermarket 2 inch exaust system from the turbo back and aftermarket rims. What else can i say, for a 930kg car it gets along pretty well. I'm not sure if there are many of these here in Australia the people i purchased the car from said they haven't seen another one the same as it's yet.
