gday, just got myself a 2004 HZJ105 landcruser wagon 4.2l diesel from an mining site. after driving it home i discovered it blows alot of black smoke under hard excelleration? what could some of the causes be? also an oil leak looks to be under the oil filter, at first just thought to be leaking from spill tray. changed oil filter and new oil-dergressed engine yet still leaking under filter somewhere. is there any comon leak point around that area? its very hard to pin point unless start removing stuff and filter again.
