If you are having problems with your Prius's handsfree microphone not picking up your voice/sounding quiet, try the following: 1. Turn on the car 2. Press the Display button (on top button on lefthand side of MFD). Release button. 3. Press and hold the Info button (second top button on lefthand side of MFD). Keep holding. 4. Turn the headlights on and off. On and Off. On and Off. On and off. (twist the righthand side stalk, flashing the highbeam wont work) Your MFD should then flick to a maintenance screen, go to the bluetooth tel check/ i think then the bluetooth handset check : then turn up the send volume to 3 or 4. Problem solved.
