hi this mite be bit latebut, I have owned a 1997 2.7 lt for 6 years and it has been excellent, 160k when I got it now done 225k apart from servicing every 10k only changed thermostat, no cam belts to change, plenty pwr, tows our 15 foot poptop no worries, average 11.5 litres per 100 kms towing, Ive had 4 other 4x4s 6clds and this goes as god if not better thanks
