Proud owner of a 2015 Atara-SL Hybrid (The New Shape).
Must say it is definatley a striking car to look at, everyone loves the look of it.
I came from a Accord Euro Lux so the improvement in fuel use is definatly something i absolutely love
But must say that i personally feel that the interior of Toyota is not as nice as Honda.
But none the less i got a new car which is very rewarding to drive and i can definetly appreciate the fuel consumption.
Always averaged around 10L/100k on the Honda, getting around 5-6L/100km now on the Camry average, only done 120km so far

Other forums seem to have a tab that when clicked takes you to a page that lists the thread that either you started or have taken part in which makes it alot easier to track down certain threads, is there a similar function tab on TOC forum? Been searching around everywhere but cant seem to find it.

sorry, forgot to mention it.
I have the 4 cylinder GLi
so according to this link 'Car Guru' it is under the car near the oil pan.
Just like the new Honda Civics then i guess

sorry to be a pain in the butt, but i still seem to be having trouble finding it.
Ive googled and searched the engine and oil filter location but i cant seem to find anything.
Ive literally looked around the whole engine bay too but still cant seem to see it, is it hidden somewhere in the bay?
I've never actually owned a camry before so i dont really know where to start looking. I came to the tarago from a Honda....
Big favour to ask but would anyone be able to post a pic of where in the bay i can find it?

does anyone know?

Hi Guys,
New owner of a 2008 Tarago GLi and was just wondering if someone can point me as to where to locate the engine oil filter.
Ive checked the owners manual but cant seem to find anything on it, only mentions how to top up with oil.
Ive had a look into the engine bay from the top view, but cant seem to see it. Whats it near?
Just picked up my 2015 Atara-SL Hybrid
in Hybrid Camry

Coming from the Accord, i just find that even the Camry has more power (on paper) that the Honda, it just doesnt give you the kick when you put your foot down.
But i guess CVT and Hybrids aren't made for that, otherwise it defeats the purpose
