  1. Thanks for the reply. I like the red on Kenshins Calipers so I might just spray them and I saw how he changed the brake discs so I was thinking of doing that too. They didn't look rusted at all. I'll take some pics of mine and post them up tomorrow. Lol ok that was just a thought but fair enough. If I was to change the leather it wouldnt be for a long while anyway. I've got the standard wheels it comes with so I don't think they're chrome. What's stock cat? Where can I buy the CES extractors and exhaust? Yeah nothing too crazy I'm not fully sick lol I just like to listen to music and my speakers atm aren't that good lol. Plus my cd player **** itself and wont load cds so i was looking at getting a new one.

    CES located in brisbane, http://www.cesracing.com.au/

  2. hi!

Im no expert in the field, but I'll share with you my experience. My first official car was a 05 corolla sportivo. When I bought it had very little knowledge and the issues raised were concerning. However at the end of the day it really depends on what you are after yourself. I was looking for P Plate friendly cars that still give power, and I was also a Honda person. Honda's became out of my budget so I then looked around and found the corolla sportivo that runs a celica engine. After owning it for not too long I didn't have too many problems with, small problems that were easily fixed or aren't important enough to be worth fixing. The first big problem was the gearbox, that I struggled to shift during high RPM, after looking around there were lots of solutions available + if you drive it normally there should be not many problems(none I found so far). It's a very good regular drive, it's a 4 door hatch so very good with the family as well. Comfortable leather, lots of goodies inside tbh..

    Hope it helps!

  3. Hi everyone, I've tried the search and have gotten some results, but not the ones I'm after.

I have had my sportvio for a while now and because I bought it from a dealer, they had no clue. When I bought it, it already had a full catback on it already. But after owning it for a while I'm suddenly curious on what branding this exhaust is. I've had a look at it and gotten some friends to look at it and it definitely seems to be a 2.5" catback. The muffler has no branding, nor does the tip. I've seen a few pictures of the CES exhaust and it looks some what similar! That or it's a custom exhaust.

So I thought I'd try the forum and see if anyone knows, Does CES have branding on their exhaust systems? Is there somewhere else I should be looking for a branding or logo?

    thanks!

  4. also if you go for the cheaper option, if you do cause the accident, there will be a big excess fees!

I've heard, either way your going to get chopped by a really high premium every time if your buying insurance for the first time. I would suggest calling up for a quote as it's a lot more accurate than a internet quote, call multiple companies, and just tell them to price match.

  5. to me its just like putting a runx, netz, harrier, vitz emblem its no big deal as long as they are closely/directly related and its something different on the road.

a trd, ///M, amg etc badge is different imo but dont know wat to make of this :D

Yeah I have the same opinion on that one, just based on the fact they are sort of related. I was a strongly against people putting RED H's on their cars when they weren't a type R, but then I realised, the DC5 in aus isn't a true type R... So I don't mind anymore, as long as you don't go putting a M3 badge on a corolla or something like that?

    LOL at the pic
