Hi Newbie. Maybe not very much help for your issue, but I've seen many postings on various sites re auto bluetooth pairing and it seems to be a widespread problem. In my case my 2011 Aurion will pair OK with my Huawei Ascent Y300 mobile but no way can I get any audio, so it's useless.

Hi! Have had similar problems connecting Samsung mobile (more basic GT-S5511T). Aurion unit asked me to "input passkey" on phone which was default "0000". I keyed it in to the phone and ended up connected to emergency services. Had to apologise to operator. I find the procedure to set up bluetooth less than intuitive. Managed to connect in the end but could not transfer phone book from phone to head unit phone directory. Hope you can solve your issues.

Mine only comes on if you drive off and reach around 20kph I think from memory then the chime starts.

Noticed with my new Aurion Touring that rear parking sensors don't activate until rear bumper is very close to object, like less than 30cm and then very rapid increase in beeps until steady tone when you are just about touching. My previous car (Mazda 6)had rear sensors which started about one metre and gradually increased in pitch until steady tone at about 15cm. Can Toyota adjust them?

Hi. Picked up my new Aurion Touring SE a week ago-very happy with it-lots of gear for the price. Just curious about seat belt warning system. When I had a test drive in a base model ATX prior to closing the deal it had a loud chime when I started up without my belt on, but the Touring SE only seems to have a light indicator on the dash. Anyone know if the chime/buzzer whatever turns on and off for this?

Hi everyone. Picked up my silver ash Aurion Touring SE on Thursday last. March 2011 build on compliance plate. Michelin Energy tyres. The only extras I got were Crystal Glaze paint protection and mats. I think this might be the last Aurion before a significant model change either later this year or next year. Dealer was a bit cautious talking about it but seemed to know something that he could not reveal. Very happy with level of gear in this car for about $34K drive away.
