FOUND THE PICS!!~ apologies to all but where to buy one??

Still a little stuck on a few things 1) where to buy a battery - is it clipped in or soldered 2) Is it inside that black box?? (I tried a search for "Toyota Link battery" but could not see it - apologies)

I recently bought a Presara but the Toyota link was not working as it had never been activated and they said it was $814 to get a new module. I would like to try to change the battery / replace the sim but have NO idea where the module is.. Now it has been connected I get a red light on and when pressing a button it displays orange. Toyota Customer Care have NO idea on this and they pass me onto Toyota link - who then try to pass me back to Customer Care etc Can anyone advise where the module is, can the battery or SIM (or both) be changed? thanks
