With city driving, not a "little" lead-footed now and again, get on average 600K's. The book says you can get around 750, that would be with a lot of highway driving. I love the car for it's get up and go! My sister in-law has the new generation Prius which I drove on the odd occasion be fore buying my Camry, which gets way better milage, around 1000K's per tank, but the trade off is a crappy 1.6L engine and sluggish performance if you want some power.

Hello from the new guy, I have a new Camry Hybrid and a 5 year old Camry V6 Altise(still going strong, no issues). The hybrid is my 3 Toyota in Oz and my 7th in my life. 2 in South Africa, 1 in the US and 1 in the UK before moving to OZ. It will be great to share knowledge on this forum.
